Par ce projet, l\u2019agence d\u00e9veloppe ses champs d\u2019investigation et poursuit son engagement aupr\u00e8s de la m\u00e9tropole messine. Elle avait en effet d\u00e9j\u00e0 particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration des dossiers de candidature des 1<sup>er<\/sup> et 3<sup>e<\/sup> appels \u00e0 projets, d\u00e9di\u00e9s au Mettis et aux axes am\u00e9nag\u00e9s. Elle accompagne \u00e9galement la m\u00e9tropole dans la mise en \u0153uvre de son <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pdumetzmetropole.fr\/\"><strong>Plan de d\u00e9placement urbain horizon 2030<\/strong><\/a><strong>, dont elle a assur\u00e9 l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Ce projet de 3<sup>e<\/sup> ligne structurante r\u00e9pond \u00e0 des enjeux environnementaux : la nouvelle ligne am\u00e9liorera l&rsquo;attractivit\u00e9 des transports collectifs et proposera des v\u00e9hicules plus propres. Il s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre du 4<sup>e<\/sup> Appel \u00e0 projets relatif aux transports collectifs en site propre et p\u00f4les d\u2019\u00e9changes multimodaux du gouvernement. Le projet pourrait donc \u00eatre en partie financ\u00e9 par l\u2019\u00c9tat.
