Comment conjuguer une approche urbaine r\u00e9pondant aux enjeux de renouvellement urbain, d\u2019attractivit\u00e9 du foncier et une approche mobilit\u00e9 ? Les espaces gares, atout urbain \u00e0 long terme pour les communes ?  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.scotam.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\">SCoTAM<\/a>&nbsp;a engag\u00e9 une \u00e9tude sur les espaces gares du territoire en 2016 et dispose d\u00e9sormais d\u2019un socle de connaissances in\u00e9dit sur le r\u00f4le de chaque gare \u00e0 travers son offre ferroviaire, son rayonnement et son inscription dans le tissu urbain. L\u2019AGURAM a \u00e9labor\u00e9 ces analyses et pr\u00e9sente les principaux enseignements.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette \u00e9tude met en lumi\u00e8re 6 enjeux forts pour les collectivit\u00e9s, afin d\u2019imaginer la gare et son environnement comme des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de centralit\u00e9 structurant les communes, et de relais \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle d\u2019un bassin de vie.
